How to Monitor Your Surveys

Monitoring your surveys is essential for maintaining a balanced audience and serves as an additional check on survey programming and logic.

Follow these steps to keep track of your survey progress and results:

• Navigate to the Analyze Results section.

• Click on the Analytics tab to view your survey data.
  

• Check the total number of respondents to see how many participants have completed your survey.

• Review any quotas you’ve set (e.g., demographic or variable quotas) to track progress across different segments. All of the set audience and variable quotas are listed below the total.
  

• On the left side of the summary, you’ll see a list of questions.

• Click on any question to view a detailed breakdown of responses. This offers a general check that data is being properly routed into questions
  

• Use the data to identify trends and ensure that responses are being collected evenly across your target groups.

• Adjust quotas or outreach efforts if needed to maintain balanced data collection.
