Logos and Images in Surveys

Edited

You can include your own custom logos, concepts, or images throughout your survey to make questions more engaging and visually clear for respondents.

Using Images as Response Options

When editing a question, you can change the response option type from text to images. This is especially useful for questions about:

  • Retailers or brand names

  • Product packaging or design choices

  • Advertising or creative concepts

Using images helps respondents recognize options quickly and reduces confusion — especially when testing brands or visual assets.

Adding Your Own Images

You can upload your own images directly into each question. Make sure they are:

  • Clear, high-quality, and cropped consistently

  • Sized similarly for easy comparison

  • Free of unnecessary background or text clutter

Pre-Loaded Retailer Logos

We’ve also included this folder of key retailer logos that you can use if desired. You’re welcome to use these, or you can source and upload your own to better match your category or geography.
