Managing Users in the “Your Team” Tab

On the left-hand side of the main dashboard, you’ll find a tab labeled “Your Team.” This is where you manage user access and permissions for your organization’s Glass account.


What You Can Do Here

  • Add New Users — Invite team members to join your account so they can create, edit, and launch surveys.

    • You’ll enter their email address and invite them to create an account. Use the “+ Invite Team Member” button in the top right corner. Pressing ‘Invite’ after entering their contact information will automatically send them an email to create their password and sign in.

  • View Current Members — See a list of all users with access, including names, and emails.
